	THE PRICE OF THE VICTORY Doctor Sc.(History), Professor Varlen Lvovich Soskin has recently celebrated his eighth anniversary. Today the talk with Varlen Lvovich is devoted to the Great Patriotic War, the participant of that he was while being 19 years old young man and in studying that he started many years later to be partly engaged, being an historian.
