	CSBG, THE ACADEMIC INSTITUTE AND BOTANICAL GARDEN The Central Siberian Botanical Garden of the SB RAS, the largest in the Asian Russia, is 60 years old.
	400 SPECIES OF THE SIBERIAN FLORA REQUIRE FOR PROTECTION Botanical gardens are the nature protection establishments the tasks of those include creation of special plant collections purposed on biodiversity preservation and enrichment of flora, as well as scientific, educational and educational activities.
	SEARCHING FOR BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES The first laboratories of the Botanical Garden have been directly linked with the ground: introduction of useful plants of natural flora, dendrology and ornamental plants.
