The feature of this defence was that for the first time in the Siberian Branch it was held in the mode of videoconference.

	NEW FIELD OF SOLID STATE SCIENCE For long it is known, that the properties of nanoparticles are seriously differ from the properties of bulk crystals. However the existing theories of condensed state of substances till now cannot explain, what the cause of such a difference in their properties.
