	THE MAIN THING IS NOT TO MISS TIME At the end of October at the House of Scientists of the SB RAS the Foundation «The Center for Economic Research and Distributions of Economic Information «Open economy» has held a round-table discussion with a main idea consisting in the presentation of the Federal Target Program «Research and development in the priority fields of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2007- 2012».
	AT THE SB RAS PRESIDIUM The meeting of the Presidium of the Branch of November, 9 has been opened with the congratulation of the institutes whose developments are awarded with the rewards of All-Siberian Industrial Forum "SibPolyTech-2006".
	SCIENTIFIC SESSION OF THE PRESIDIUM OF THE SB RAS November, 14 at the House of Scientists of the SB RAS an extended scientific session of the Presidium of the Siberian Branch of the RAS has taken place. It was preceded by the meetings of United Academic councils of the Branch.
	COSMOPHYSICIST THE ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATOR At the Yu.Shafer Institute of Cosmophysical Research and Aeronomy of the SB RAS during already more than 50 years a surprising woman is working, the State Prize winner, the partner in life of the founder and the first Director of the Institute, Candidate Sc. (Physics and Mathematics) G.V.Shafer. November, 26 she celebrates her anniversary.
	OBEYING THE AUTHORITY OF REASON November, 16 is the World Day of Philosophy.
	MINER’S SCHOOL OF ACADEMICIAN M.KURLENIA Has been held A seminar of scientific school «Dynamics of man-caused processes and phenomena in geological environment and the evolution of technosphere» devoted to the 75th anniversary of Academician Michail Vladimirovich Kurlenia, its founder.
	SOLID ORGANIC RAW MATERIAL TO YIELD LIQUID HYDROCARBON PRODUCTS The Laboratory of Catalytic Chemistry of Coal and Biomass of the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the SB RAS is conducting many works targeted at the problems of industrial projects.
	TWENTY YEARS LATER November, 8 to 10, the 6th All-Russian conference with International participation «Combustion of solid fuel» devoted to the problems of the development solid fuel power engineering and power engineering industry in Russia has been held under the initiative and on the basis of the Institute of Thermophysics of the SB RAS.
	A NEW VIEWPOINT AT THE WORLD AROUND October, 28 an International ecological student's conference «Ecology of Russia and adjacent territories» has taken place at the Novosibirsk State University.
	THE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVABLE! During three days the 4th All-Russian conference of young scientists on mathematical modeling and information technologies lasted at the Institute of Forest of the SB RAS.
	SIBERIAN IТ-FORUM In the beginning of November the Siberian IТ-forum was held in Tomsk. In Russia it took place the ninth time, in Tomsk the second one. Now about 150 representatives of the companies including the largest world vendors such as «Cisco Systems», «Sun Microsystems», «Intel» have taken part in it.
	TECHNOPARK IS IN NEED OF "TECHNICIANS" In 2007 it is planned to increase the admission for the Physical Engineering Faculty of the NSTU twice comparing to 2005. It will become one of the steps in the training the higher education institution’s graduates especially for the Novosibirsk technopark.
	"GAZPROM" TO FOUND A TRAINING CENTER The Novosibirsk Region offers "Gazprom" to create a resource training center on the areas of the future Novosibirsk technopark.
	CHINA IS BEYOND OUR UNDERSTANDING November, 13 Vladimir Novikov's photo-exhibition devoted to the participation of the SB RAS delegation in the scientific and technical exhibition in Shenyang has been opened at the House of Scientists of the Novosibirsk Academgorodok.

	STAFF AND INTEGRATION DETERMINE EVERYTHING The point of view on the creation of the technopark and the problems existing in this connection was stated by Deputy director for information technologies of the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics of the SB RAS Candidate Sc.
