	THE ACADEMY HAS SHOWN CONSENSUS April, 2 the Chairman of the Siberian Branch Academician N.Dobretsov has answered the questions of the Novosibirsk journalists. The main topics of the day were the approval of the Charter of the Academy of Sciences at the General Meeting of the RAS held in Moscow from March, 27 to March, 29 and the celebration of the SB RAS anniversary.

	THE MATHEMATICIAN CHARMED BY CHESS April, 5 well-known scientist, Academician of the Peter’s Academy of Sciences and Arts, Doctor Sc. (Physics and Mathematics), Professor Anatoli Viktorovich Sychev is 75. However he continues to work actively even now.
	IDEAS ARE MADE A REALITY February, 19 Leonid Michailovich Parfenov (1937-2002), Doctor Sc. (Geology and Mineralogy), Professor who has headed in 2000 the Institute of Geology of Diamond and Precious Metals of the SB RAS in Yakutsk would be 70.

	PHLEBOLOGISTS GATHERED IN NOVOSIBIRSK Phlebology is a branch of medicine, allowing to carry out diagnostics and treatment of the diseases of veins, as well as to prevent similar diseases.
