	ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS IN IRKUTSK The chairman of the SB RAS Academician Nikolai Dobretsov has called the celebrations held October, 18 to 19 in Irkutsk Scientific Center a finale of the Siberian Branch’s 50th anniversary celebrations by the Scientific Centers.

	"NOMAD": THE BEGINNING OF THE LONG WAY In July of this year the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics of the SB RAS has been visited by a group of physicists of Kazakhstan. And now there is a new meeting, already within the framework of the Russian - Kazakhstan symposium «Science and education in 21st century».

	THE MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION between Physical Engineering Institute, Joint-stock Company « The Center of Earth sciences, Metallurgy and Concentration » (Republic Kazakhstan) and the Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the SB RAS, the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Russian Federation), 2007.
	THE OFFERS FOR THE AGREEMENT between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Republic Kazakhstan.
	THE RESULTS OF INNOVATION PROJECTS COMPETITION The ceremony of the delivery of diplomas and prizes to the winners of the competition «Innovation potential of the Russian - Kazakhstan cooperation in the field of the high technologies » has become a solemn culmination of the final session of the symposium « Science and education in 21st century».
	HIGH LEVEL RUSSIAN - CHINESE CONFERENCES Within the framework of one Year of China in Russia two conferences were held September, 2007 in Moscow.
