	INNOVATIONS DEMAND A SERIOUS DEVELOPMENTAL WORK On November, 29 a press conference of Chairman of the Siberian Branch of the RAS Academician N.L.Dobretsov has taken place. The statement of the Charter of the RAS by the Russian Government became an occasion for the speech for Novosibirsk journalists.

	THE UNFORGETTABLE OLD Charity is difficult for naming a new phenomenon. However, considering the ways of the realization of either project, we quite often forget such the sources of financing. The project of the development of the Museum of Science and Engineering of the SB RAS was not an exception; for a number of years it is functioning at the Institute of History of the SB RAS.
	THE YAKUT EPOS AT THE HOUSE OF SCIENTISTS Olonho is a common name of the Yakut heroic legends, the origin of those is connected with the history of the formation of Saha people. In the Olonho the wisdom of centuries and the experience of conquest of severe northern territory was accumulated. The Olonho evening party has taken place November, 28 at the Small Hall of the House of Scientists of the SB RAS. The event has been devoted to the 375th anniversary of the Yakutia affiliation the Russian State and to the 50th anniversary of the SB RAS.
