	MECHANICISTS AND MINERS JOINING THEIR EFFORTS From June, 16 to June, 20 for the first time in Yakutia at the Cherski Institute of Mining of the North of the SB RAS an All-Russian joint scientific session of the scientific councils of the RAS on the mechanics of deformable solids and the problems of mining science «Non-classical problems of geomechanics» was held.
	SUCCESSES OF SCIENTIFIC SCHOOL More than 10 years long the scientific school «Stability and turbulence of homogeneous and heterogeneous fluid flows» is working. Academicians Vladimir Vasilievich Struminski and Nikolai Nikolaevich Yanenko were the founders of the school.
