	PLASMA PASSION OF JULI KREINDEL From June, 23 to June, 30, 2009 the 3rd International Kreindel seminar "Plasma emission electronics" took place in Buryatia at the Baikal Lake.
	TSUNAMI-2009 July, 14 the 24th International symposium on tsunami problems was opened at the Novosibirsk Academgorodok.
	MAN-MADE COAST From July, 20 to July, 25 an International conference "Creation and use of artificial ground areas on coasts and water areas of water bodies" organized by the Federal Agency for Water Resources to take place in Novosibirsk.
	THE DEED OF DARWIN IS LIVING AND WINNING From June, 21 to June, 27 in Moscow the fifth All-Russian Congress of geneticists and breeders devoted to two-hundredth anniversary from the birthday of Charles Darvin and to the 150th anniversary of the publication of his book on the origin of species by means of natural selection.
	AT THE CLOSING STAGE July, 14 at the Institute of Cytology and Genetics of the SB RAS a press conference was held devoted to unique SPF-vivarium of ICG, the construction of which reaches the finishing stage.
