	ON THE CONDITION OF NORTHERN AND SIBERIAN SMALL PEOPLES’ LANGUAGES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 21st CENTURY Linguists, ethnographers and sociologists who study contemporary condition of small Siberian peoples, note a considerable reduction of native language functions and even its loss, especially for literature-free peoples.
	ARROGANCE AND ILLITERACY Revival of science in Russia is impossible without refusal of bragging by self- sufficiency and self-sufficient bragging. An illiterate person is not a discriminated scientist, this is simply an ignoramus.
