	AWARDS OF THE NATIVE LAND According to the Decrees of the RF President of July - September 2010, a number of employees of the Siberian Branch have been handed the state awards for the labour successes achieved and long-term fruitful work.
	FOR MERITS BEFORE FATHERLAND Some scientists from the Tomsk Scientific Centre of the SB RAS have been awarded with the Medal of the Order "For Merits Before Fatherland".
	GRANTS OF THE RF PRESIDENT TO THE YOUNG SCIENTISTS OF SIBERIA A solemn ceremony of handing to winners of 2010 competition the certificates on awarding grants of the RF President, aimed at the state support of the young Russian scientists - PhDs and Doctors of Sciences - has taken place in the Small Hall of the House of Sciences of the SB RAS on October 22.

	THE AGREEMENT IS BEING IMPLEMENTED Within the framework of the Agreement on Development of the Yakutsk Scientific Centre of the SB RAS for 2010-2015, signed between Republic Saha (Yakutya) and the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences on September 19 2009, eight Institutes of the YSC of the SB RAS have taken an active part in implementation of the plans for scientific and technological maintenance of social and economic development of the Republic.

Nobody before has ever examined this issue, and even has not set forth such a problem.
