	INTERNATIONAL AWARD - TO ACADEMICIAN N.V. SOBOLEV The Council of the International Mineralogical Association (IMA) has given Academician N.V. Sobolev the highest IMA Award - Medal “For outstanding achievements in the field of mineralogy” for 2013.
	ENERGY SECURITY: FROM WORDS TO ACTION At the regular meeting of Presidium of the Siberian Branch of RAS on June 20 a scientific report “Methodology and practice of research the challenges of energy security in Russia” has been presented by the Deputy Director of the Melentyev Institute of Energy Systems of SB RAS, Doctor of Technical Sciences S.M. Senderov.
