	CREATIVITY VIA ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND ETHNOGRAPHIC PERCEPTION The International Scientific Conference “Creativity via archaeological and ethnographic dimension”, devoted to the 95th anniversary of the first explorations of Omsk encampment, has been held in Omsk from October 16 through October 19. This archaeological site appeared to be a multitemporal complex of monuments of different ages - from the Stone Age (Neolithic) to the Middle Ages, and attracted the attention of many prominent Russian scientists.
	CONFERENCE “GEODYNAMICS AND STRESS CONDITION OF THE EARTH'S INTERIOR”: PAST AND PRESENT The XX All-Russian Conference “Geodynamics and stress condition of the Earth's interior” has taken place in Novosibirsk. The organizers have called it a Jubilee one, as it has been over 50 years since organization of the Seminar on stress measurement in rock mass, which appeared a predecessor of the forum.
	SCHOOL ON HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING The VII Russian-German Workshop on High Performance Computing has taken place at the Institute of Computational Technologies of SB RAS from October 21 through November 1.
