	AT THE PRESIDIUM OF THE SB RAS The next session of the Presidium of the Branch has been opened with congratulations for Academician A.Borovkov on the 75th anniversary.
	GUARANTOR OF INDEPENDENCE Hundred years ago, March, 19, 1906 a new type of ships, "submarine" has appeared in the Russian Imperial navy according to the decree of tsar Nikolai the Second. Today our country celebrates this date as the Day of Russian Submarine Navy.
	THE RF GOVERNMENTAL PRIZE FOR NOVOSIBIRSK BIOLOGISTS
	ROCKETFALL UNDER SCIENTIFIC CONTROL The experts assert that despite of urgent problems of contemporary world, people are most of all disturbed with environmental vulnerability. Within the limits of mountain landscapes of the Altai-Sayan region there are six areas of the falling of jettisonable parts of the second stages of carrier rockets "Soyuz" and "Proton".
