	THE DAY OF RUSSIAN SCIENCE Congratulation of the SB RAS Presidium.
	NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG SCIENTISTS On the fifth of February a presentation «Russian - German scientific cooperation» took place at the Small Hall of the House of Scientists where the representatives of the largest scientific organizations and foundations of Germany have told about the programs for students, postgraduates as well as for young (and not only) Russian scientists which are opening ample opportunities and prospects of versatile cooperation of the two countries.
	GOLD MEDAL FOR THE SCIENTIFIC & EDUCATION CENTER The Scientific-and-education center «Physics and chemistry of high-energy systems» has become a winner of the gold medal of Inter-regional competition «The best goods and services of Siberia «GEMMA-2007».

	FROM THE HISTORY OF THE MUSEUM OF THE SIBERIAN BRANCH By the beginning of 1960ths an Academic center has been founded in Siberia then become a large center of the world science. In 1976 an idea emerged to create a museum of the history of the Siberian Branch.

	RESCUE OF A LITTLE DEER ON THE DEER-RIVER A suddenly questioning in what the territories is it possible to see a reindeer, would answered by everybody without reflections that such an event is possible only in tundra behind the polar circle. But few people know that these remarkable artiodactyls, though small wild herds, are still to be found even far to the south from tundra, including the vast bogs in the Novosibirsk Region and adjacent areas such as Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo Regions and the Altai Territory.
