	THE LIBRARY’S ANNIVERSARY Nine decades ago, July, 17, 1918, the resolution on the creation of the library of the scientific and technical literature was adopted. In 1927 it was named the State Scientific Library. So our library was born; nowadays it is called as the State Public Scientific and Technical Library of the SB RAS.

There are both team tournament and personal championship of the single and pair categories in the program of this sports event.
