Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Research Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Al-Faraby Kazakh National University, Engineering Academy of Republic of Kazakhstan, Institute of Computational Technologies of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, Joint Institute of Informatics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, Technopark "Novosibirsk", Novosibirsk State University will carry on an International Conference "Computational and Informational Technologies for Science, Engineering and Education" on September 11-14, 2003.
The Conference is to be held in the Center of Mining Altai, region , which is unique both in natural resources and variety and wealth of ethnic cultures and traditions. The Center of the region is Ust’-Kamenogorsk, one of the largest industrial cities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. East-Kazakhstan State University is one of the prestigious universities of the republic with an impressive scientific potential of 5educational and 10 research institutes and laboratories.
The Conference will give the participants opportunity to exchange information and establish cooperation, but also for a good rest, wonderful strolls around the city and picturesque neighborhood.

For an electronic publishing of the abstracts it is necessary to present the brief text up to 1 page in English or Russian by the way of text file with HTML-markup.
The Reports will be published in Transactionses of Conference. The texts of the reports (6-10 pages in English, Kazakh or Russian tongues) should be given Organizing Committee till June 15, 2003 in the electronic form. The rules of format of the reports for the publication will be pronounced later.
