PUBLICATIONS

All participants will receive the Scientific program with the annotations of plenary and oral lectures and CD disk (including Abstracts of all presentations) at the registration desk.
The Organizing Committee does not plan to publish full texts of the presentations.

PUBLICITY

The Organizing Committee invites Russian and foreign companies dealing with catalysts and catalytic processes if interested in advertising their products to participate in the Seminar. The forms of presentations are as follows: oral and poster presentations, exhibition of books, journals, information materials.

PRESENTATION

The time of the presentation (including 5 min. for questions) is 45 min for the plenary lecture and 20 min for the oral presentation.
Overhead projector will be provided (please, use standard transparencies no larger than 250x250 mm). Multi-media (LCD) projector also will be available. Organizers recommend the authors to prepare computer presentations in *.ppt format (Microsoft Power Point from the package MS Office).
The Organizing Committee kindly asks the authors to prepare their posters in advance. Space for poster is 80 cm width x 80 cm height. The authors are requested to hang their posters in the morning of the corresponding Poster session day according to the schedule.

Schedule:

The Scientific Program of the Seminar will include lectures by invited speakers (45 min), short oral presentations (20 min) and poster presentations. All persons are also cordially invited to discuss their latest results on the subject in Panel Discussions.

LOCATION

The Seminar venue will be the Main building of the Prezidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Leninskii prosp., 32a). The Seminar will be held in the Presidential Hall (the second floor of the Main building). The Main building of the Prezidium RAS is situated within walking distance of metro station “Leninskii Prospekt”.    MOSCOW MAP     MOSCOW METRO MAP

Registration
Registration will take place in the hall of the first floor in the Main building of the Prezidium on May 27 from 2 p.m. till 6 p.m. and in the hall of the second floor close to the Presidential Hall on May 28 from 9 a.m. till 12 a.m.

ACCOMMODATION/HOTEL BOOKING

Rooms for the participants are reserved at the “Academicheskaya” Hotel and "Universitetskaya" Hotel from May 27 till May 31.
Meals
        Lunches will be arranged at the restaurant of the Main building of the Prezidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Tickets for 3 lunches will be included in the participant package. Morning and afternoon coffee-breaks will be provided.

TRANSPORTATION

International Airport Sheremetievo-II is located about 60 minutes from downtown Moscow. Representatives of the Organizing Committee will meet the participants from USA at Sheremetievo-II (watch for Seminar logo) and provide transportation to the hotel. For this service, we need information about your arrival (and departure) date, time, airline and flight number in advance (Registration form-2).

SOCIAL PROGRAM

        Excursions to the Red Square and the Museums of the Moscow Kremlin will be organized.
        All participants are invited to Welcome Reception (May 28).
Seminar banquet will take place at a local restaurant on May 30. Banquet will be paid in Russian rubles at the registration desk.
        A special sightseeing program for accompanying persons will be available.

CLIMATE

        Late May temperature in Moscow is 15-20'C. Raincoats and umbrellas are recommended
