      SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

The Program of the Conference consists of 8 plenary and 20 keynote invited lectures, 78 oral presentations and 320 posters. The oral presentations are scheduled in 3 parallel sessions:
-     Mechanisms of heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis at molecular level,
-     Design of heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysts,
-     Environmental and industrial catalysis.

The Conference Program also will include the Session of the Young scientists: 26 oral presentations. World recognized scientists have accepted the invitation of the Organizing Committee to give the plenary and keynote lecturers:

Presentation

The time of presentation (including some time for questions) is 45 min for a plenary lecture, 30 min for a keynote lecture, 20 min for an oral presentation (10 min for an oral presentation in the Session of the Young Scientists).
Overhead facilities and beamer for the projection of computer - or video signal on the screen will be provided. It is recommended that you prepare computer presentations in *.ppt format (Microsoft Power Point from the package MS Office) and save on CD (CD-RW). The Organizing Committee kindly asks the authors to prepare their posters in advance. Size: Poster Boards 1.00 m wide and 1.00 m high will be available. Material to fix the posters will be provided.

Altai Post-tour

The pearl of the great Siberia, one of the best of its sites, is, undoubtedly, Altai. Altai is a remarkable mountain country, which is rich of peculiar, sometime harsh amenities of its nature, presenting contrasts of its different parts. In 1998, Altai was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List of cultural and natural properties as representing an important and original centre of biodiversity of mountain plants and animal species in northern Asia, a number of which are rare and endemic. UNESCO List inscribes five natural complexes of Mountainous Altai: Altaisky and Katunsky Reserves, Lake Teletskoye, Mount Belukha and Ukok plateau (http://whc.unesco.org/sites/768.htm).
July weather (Altai): day temperature is +20-30°C; night temperature, +15-20°C. Some days may be rainy.

Accommodation conditions:

The rooms of the different conveniences are booked at the Tourist Center “Stik Travel”. The swimming-pool and the sauna are situated at the Tourist Center. The tourists will be accommodated in double rooms of Hostels (with shower and toilet inside the room – standard; shower and toilet in the corridor – economy). The summer prices in Euro per room/per night are given at the REGISTRATION TOURIST FORM-2a.
