The experimental data of stiff torsion rectangular and T-form cross-sections from steel 45 in 725 and 740 Celsius Degrees at creep were investigated. The edges of rod were being loaded by constant torsion moment. The phenomenon of slower torsion of edges depends on smaller deplanation of the parts of rods that are closer to the edges for deforming. The numerical simulation on the base of the finite elements method was made into two and three dimensional consideration.
