It’s known that during the modern period of development of society it’s impossible to manage any branch without processing and analysis of great amount of data. In accordance with it a large number of database management systems have been worked out. However, there are some difficulties connected with the training of non specialists to work with systems. Moreover, the employment of such automatic systems discovers that there is a psychological barrier of inaccessibility in the use of modern means of automatic management systems by non-specialists. The appearance of new technology client-server based on Web helped to remove many barriers to the employment of automatic management systems. The report presents the results of creating of automatic management systems for magistrate based on Web technology in the republic of Uzbekistan. More than 10.000 masters are being trained at present in Uzbekistan.
The functions of the system are as follows:
Account and movement of the contingent in the Institution, in the branch
Analysis of contingent changes
Giving out of different certificates and information about masters
Analysis of advancement in studies
Getting answers to different requirements about masters
Building up yearly archives etc.
There are versions in Uzbek, Russians and English. Further the system will function as portal.
The programme is based on Intranet technology, that allows to store the whole programme on the remote server. Only Web browser for example, standard Internet Explorer is needed to get an access to the system.
To write the programme the programming languages PHP, JavaScript as well as hypertext markup language HTML were used.
The use of standard Visual components of Windows doesn’t require a special training of users. A convenient interface of filling out, removing and editing of database of magisters (masters) was worked out.
An option of introducing statistics by means of flexible search by operation factors was worked out. The automatic search allows to generate reports effectively.
Protection is set up through the benefits of users. The administrator has all-round access including the administration of users. The operator has the right to add, edit and remove the information on masters. The user may only look through the data.
One of the advantages of the system is a possibility of introducing and correction of the information online.
The system is for a user who can only work with a mouse.
