Integration of herbarium collections of Siberian vascular plants as network service

Results of data inregration on herbarium specimens of Siberian vascular plants stored in the main Herbaria of Russia are presented. Here are specimens from collections of the Botanical Institute of RAS in Sanct-Petersbourg, Moscow State University, Tomsk State University, Herbaria of Central Siberian Botanical Garden of SB RAS, Altai State University in Barnaul, Biological and Soil Institute of FEB RAS in Vladivostok, and others. Structure of a basic document is described. Rules of input, editing and search of different data are discussed. The database is releazed using MySQL and placed in the server of SB RAS in Novosibirsk. It works as separeted digital library with parallel access through Catalogue of vascular plants of Siberia and Far East of Russia, creating from 1998. Investigation is supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Researches (04-04-48493) and Grant of Russian Federation President (MD-2030.2004.4).
