Mechanics

One-dimensional periodical gas motions

System of the equations describing one-dimensional polytropic gas motions is considered. The general solution of concerned system of the equations is constructed for one-nuclear and two-nuclear gases. For considered cases it is received also the general solution of the Cauchy problem. Exact periodic solutions on a spatial variable are found. Dependencies of the gradient catastrophe time are received from initial amplitude. This work is carried out under the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Researches (codes of projects 03--01--00446 and 05--01--00375).
