Ecology and adaptation (medical ecology)

At it is long a proceeding influence on an organism of environmental factors of Far East region in lungs of the person the specific ecologically caused premorbidal state which shows is formed: In proliferativ-cellular reaction mucous the bronchuses, accompanied rearrangement of an epithelial layer, with the subsequent sclerosis of a submucosa. In a respiratory department of lungs the alveolitis is formed, production surfactant is enlarged. Educes oxidativ stress Development of methods of an assessment of reclaiming (deoxidiziry) potential of lungs, and influence on it of xenobiotics and products oxidations of lipids puts a new problem - development of new methods of medicamental correction with use of modern preparations of action antioxidatic and stimulating neogenesis. We develop and introduce preparations derivatives of a pyrimidine and taxifolin - bioflavonoid from the Amur larch. These preparations can compound a basis of new medicinal preparations for a regulation of ecological determination of lungs.
