The extreme climatic-geographical conditions in regions of production of gas on Far North demand the constant control of a condition of health working, duly rendering of emergency stationary and out-patient medical aid, realization of preliminary, periodic and target medical surveys of the workers of the gas enterprises. The realization of the strategically important task of protection of health газовиков is possible with the help of system of a departmental medical service. In "Yamburggazdobycha" (YGD) within 13 years these functions are carried out by a medical-sanitary service of the enterprise.

The functioning of a medical service on deposits allows annually: 1. To spend stationary treatment about 2000 patients on the following structures: therapy, surgery, urology, infection, gynaekology. 2. To render operative surgical the help about 550 patients. 3. To conduct out-patient reception (about 200000 visitings in polyclinic, including with the preventive purpose - 50-60 %). 4. To render the primary medical help on 2 medical and 9 medical assistant's points. 5. To spend preliminary at the employment, periodic, target medical surveys. 6. To realize the programs of preventive maintenance (preventive inoculations, pathology of heart and vessels). 7. To spend monitoring a condition of health.

Organization of system of monitoring of a condition of health. Components of monitoring are: - Analysis of dynamics of demographic structure of the workers of the enterprise - Analysis of a condition of health - Analysis of efficiency of preventive measures

The constant supervision over a condition of health of the workers of the enterprise is realized on the basis of electronic bases, functioning within 7 years, of the medical given workers of the enterprise. In system the data on any reference behind medical aid are brought at diseases and with the preventive purpose. In the further system allows to spend and to analyze set of the data: - Diseases with temporary invalidity - Diseases on visitings - Diseases in Hospital - Diseases, revealed at medical surveys - On arbitrary set parameters of the data on diseases

Distinctive feature of the received data is that there is an opportunity to expect and to analyze the data on diseases depending on age of the worker, experience in north and region constant residing. This opportunity is provided by integration of medical information system МСЧ and uniform information system "Human resources" "YGD". Besides the data on a condition of health of the workers are imported to medical information system (MIS) “Gazprom”; the data about обращаемости behind medical aid - in system SAPR3 “YGD”.

The functioning on a gas deposit in Far North of a departmental medical-sanitary service allows in time to render necessary volume of emergency and scheduled medical aid to the workers "Gazprom"; with the help of the analysis of bases of the medical data monitoring a condition of health working is carried out.
