Presence of deposits of hydrocarbons in territory Pripoliaria does{makes} actual their development and an estimation of influence of oil and gas extraction branch on health of the population.

We undertake attempt to estimate influence of the toxic substances acting in an environment as a result of activity of the oil-and-gas enterprises on health of the population of Republic Kazakhstan. As modelling regions are chosen Mangistauskaia and Atirauskaia areas in which territory 188 oil fields and gas or 81,7 % revealed in Kazakhstan are located. The basic parameters of a state of health of the population determine a demographic situation, including the analysis of number and structure of the population, desease general and on diseases all population and on groups: adults and children for 1995-2004. The sanitary condition of ground, atmospheric air are investigated; maintenance of the population with good-quality food stuffs, epidemiological conditions.

The analysis was carried out by a method of quantitative measurement of effects of influence of an environment on health of the population, a method of normalization, by an estimation of risk for health of the person of factors of an environment and management of them, and also by V.A.Skolskogo's technique and co-authors (2004). P The progressing demographic structure and growth of average life expectancy of population Mangistauskaia of area is established.

The system of public health services of area has typical structure and is submitted by the medical organizations of various organizational - legal forms. Security of population Mangistauskaia of area resources of public health services for 10 years, basically, corresponds{meets} or exceeds republican the data.

The state of health of population Mangistauskaia of area is characterized by the highest in republic a level of primary desease of all population all illnesses, and Atirauskaia itself - low. Primary desease of children's population Mangistauskaia of area borrows{occupies} 3 place in republic among areas. The structure of primary desease of population Mangistauskaia of area differs from structure of primary desease of the population of Republic Kazakhstan and is characterized by a maximum level attack rack bodies and the systems directly contacting to ecological environments (air, water) and foodstuff. The correlation analysis of influence of emissions of substances polluting an atmosphere in Mangistauskaia areas and Republic Kazakhstan and primary desease of all population all illnesses and illnesses of bodies of breath has revealed presence of positive correlation communication{connection} of different force.

Thus, the advanced infrastructure of the industry, including oil and gas extraction, and a high level of wages of the working population, promoted formation of a progressing demographic situation in Mangistauskaia to area. High primary desease of population Mangistauskaia of area testifies to possible{probable} influence of ecological factors on health. Low death rate of the population of area in comparison with a republican parameter testifies to the best detectability of diseases and a high level of preventive and medical activity of system of public health services of area.
