Morphologic and functional grounds for health improve lymphotropic technologies at the conditions of Siberia and Antarctica

The enforced adaptation to the cold conditions takes place at the northern geological and climatic regions. This fact makes an increased demand on the main systems of homeostasis and requires searching a new way of the increase of adaptive ability. Among the other systems the lymphatic system plays the defined role in adaptive and health-improving processes. It is very important to crease the technologies realizing their effects through the lymphatic system (lymphotropic technologies). The cold influence model with intermittent severe type adaptation was carried out in experiment with white rats at the conditions of Siberia and Antarctica. Correction was made with herbal bioflavonoid (lady’s mantle, catergen, food phytoadditives). The morphologic methods (staining the histological slides with hematoxylin-eosin and morphometry of structural components of the lymphatic node) were made. The duration of experiment was 150 days. The morphokinetics of the structures of the lymphatic nodes under intermittent severe type adaptation is determined with the climatic and geographical conditions of Western Siberia and Antarctica. It is characterized with forming the defined structure of the lymphatic node. Besides the each morphologic type of the lymphatic node reacts specifically to the destabilizing factors. At the conditions of Western Siberia it is manifested with the increase of paracortex and the decrease of sinus system in comparison with the initial indexes. At the severe natural conditions of Antarctica the two phase change of the indexes takes place and this change demonstrates inversion and minimization of the structures of the lymphatic system. The different reactions of the lymphatic node show the exertion of adaptive mechanism at the sub- and extreme conditions. So the main aim of medicine is to eliminate this exertion and to increase the resistance to the destabilizing factors. Bioflavonoid effects in different ways on the parameters of the structures of the lymphatic node. The lymphatic nodes with intermediate (index C/M is 1,0-1,4) and compact (index C/M is more than 1,4) morphologic types predominate at the taking of herbal bioflavonoid. Compaction of the lymphatic node is enforced by activating its immune qualities. The area of the lymphoid nodules is increased in 1,5-3 times, the area of the cortical sinus is stabled, and the index of vascularization is increased. Bioflavonoid changes the circulation of blood and lymph in the lymphatic node and promotes transforming its structure. The migration of the lymphocytes and the transendothelial path of so named emergency discharging play also a certain role in this process. The structural reaction of the lymphatic node ensures the achievement of the functional optimum in drainage-detoxication and immune functions at the different climatic regions. The lymphotropic technologies of phyto prophylaxis are sufficiently effective in the increase of adaptive ability and optimization of adaptive process at the level of the structures of the lymphatic region at the conditions of continuously changes of the environment.
