Last decades in Yakutia growth of disease by a diabetes 2 type is marked. If 20 years ago the parity of disease among the radical and alien population approximately corresponded 1:10 now this parameter makes 1:1. Undoubtedly, it is connected with change of a way of life, character of a feed of indigenous population. The given circumstance can specify presence of hereditary predisposition which was not shown at a traditional way of life and a feed. With the purpose of finding-out of a role of a genetic component in development of disease there have been begun clinic-genetic researches. The Yakut population is monogenom and that it’s for successful realization of genetic projects. Researches were spent in the Yakut subpopulation on the genes concerning development diabetic of a syndrome. The frequency is conditional-pathogenic àëëåëåé Yakut and other populations at which similar researches have been made earlier are revealed. Distinctions in variants of genes adiponectin (APM1), interlekin (IL6) are especially important. The highest frequency of a variant "H" in gene APÌ 1 and a variant "C" in íóêëåîòèäå-572 promoter gene IL6 testifies that diabetogenic the spectrum in the Yakut subpopulation differs from other world populations. This circumstance can potentially lead to a conclusion, that methods of treatment and preventive maintenance of diabetes of 2 type at Yakuts require correction.
