Health status of native children and teenagers in Amur River region causes severe anxiety. Increased number of morpho-functional disorders, disturbances of physical and sexual development, chronic diseases are detected in this group. Children’s mortality rate in natives 1,5 times exceed regional index.

Complex clinical and laboratory examination of more then 650 persons provided. Data revealed extremely low health status. Decreased mass-height correlation detected, almost half of respondents have disharmonious physical development. The frequency of reproductive system inflammatory disorders in teenagers before 18 years of age increased 4,5 times during last 5 years. Gynecological morbidity in girls is 192,8 per 1000, the spread of oncological disorders increased 1,1 times. More than 90% of examined children have clinical features of chronic illnesses.

The spread of psycho-neurological pathology in natives differs from newcomers. The number of psychological disorders in natives 2 times more in comparison with newcomers (36%), neurological disorders are 39% and 26% correspondingly. Residual encephalopathy, based on perinatal reasons, with disseminated local micro symptoms, cerebral asthenia, pyramid insufficiency and cerebellum disorders are predominate. Organic personality’s disorder with emotional-volitional and psychopathological disturbances were revealed in 3% of cases. Among the boys before 12 years of age (pre-pubertal) 1st health group is absent, majority have 2nd health group. There is a high percentage of 3d health group. This fact reflects the wide spread of primary chronic pathology. Functional disorders such as bile ducts diskinesia, vegetal-vessel distonia, functional cardipathy revealed mostly often. Dismetabolic nephropathy, hypogonadism, fermentopathy, kriptorchism and anemia are very rare in natives. Almost 40% of children have caries, a lot of teenagers suffer from recurrent purulent infections of upper respiratory tract. The number of functional cardipathy , chronic gastroduodenitis eyes pathology, scoliosis and osteoartropathy increases with age. As for endocrine pathology is concerned, mostly often we saw endemic goiter with sub clinical thyroid gland hypo function, which was revealed in16,7% of cases, 6,8% have the features of juvenile dispituitarism. Sexual maturing in native girls correlates with age in 65% of cases, retardation is revealed in 35%. These indexes exceed the similar data in newcomers. No case of priority sexual development in native girls revealed. Menstrual function formation occur in later age period. In native boys sexual development retardation increases with age and achieves 14% and 12% in newcomers.

Detected health status abnormalities in native children and adolescents permit to reveal the mechanisms of pathology formation and may be used as the basis for realization of scientifically investigated activity, aiming reduction of morbidity and mortality rates, improvement of health status quality in native population of Amur River region.
