Aim. To analyze possible interconnection between diet, ulcer disease and Helicobacter Pylori infection.

Methods: We carried out medical epidemiological study and examined 4 865 subjects in Evenkia and Yakutia. Endoscopy was made for 1 805 subjects. Helicobacter Pylori was found by morphological method in 239 subjects and by serological in 764 subjects. Actual state of nutrition was studied by both fulfilling forms andquestioning in 1 888 Europoids and 960 Evenks. We made meta analysis of interconnection between nutrition, ulcer disease and Helicobacter Pylori from 1994 till 2004 using Medline System.

Results. The prevalence of ulcer disease made 8.9% in Europoids and 0.4% in Mongoloids in Evenkia and Yakutia. The prevalence of Helicobacter Pylori infection was the same among the studied populations and fluctuated around 90%. Helicobacter Pylori dissemination density in Europoids was higher than in Evenks 2.5 times. The ratio proteins: fats: carbohydrates in Europoid diet was 1 : 2.5 : 4.2; in Mongoloid 1 : 1.4 : 1.8.

Conclusion. Nutrition state is the main predictor, which causes the differences in ulcer disease prevalence and the peculiarities of the interconnection between Helicobacter Pylori and master organism in the population of Siberia northern regions.
