Aim. To study interconnections between the dissemination indices and genetic structure of Helicobacter Pylori (ÍÐ) in Mongoloids and Europoids, Khakasia Republic inhabitants.

Methods. In the cause of clinical epidemiological study in the territory of Khakassia we examined 30 europoids and 21 khakass. In all the patients Vac A, Cag A, Ice A and Bab A in ÍÐ strains were determined by microbiological and PCR methods. Besides HP dissemination density in antral section mucous was tested after Gimza colouring.

Results. ÍÐ was marked with equal frequency in the examined populations. Hp Vac A strains were revealed in all the examined patients. HP strains, which contain Cag A, were registered in 93,3% of europoids and in 57,1% of khakass (p<0,01). HP Ice A strains were determined in 73,3 % europoids and in 28,6% mongoloids (p<0,01). HP Bab A strains were marked with the same frequency in the europoids and the khakass (20% and 19%). HP dissemination density among the europoids was 1,5 higher than among the khakass (p<0,001).

Conclusion. We found the association of dissemination density and HP genetic structure while examining two different populations, Khakasia Republic inhabitants.
