Environmental health

The influence of extreme environmental factors on morbidity of indigenous people in the Far North

Mass clinical and ecological examinations yakut population in 24 villages has shown prevalence of chronic diseases in this northern population. Analyses clinical materials (methods Statistic.6) demonstrated frequency structure chronic diseases. The agricultural and stock-bleedings workers (yakut population) had many chronic somatic pathologies and diseases in venus s system. Inhabitant village has many chronic diseases digestive system (more then, 90%). Examination this population cleared frequency chronic diseases of respiratory organs (on the summer - 30.9%; in the winter most 53.7-69.66%). Larger part of them formed otorinolarpingological diseases -54%). This forms were acute of the cold factors (r=+0.32; R=0.47).Discuss influences in ishemic coronary, cerebrovascular pathology the temperature, meteo-, geomagnitic factors(calkulated matherials about situations Institute Kosmophysic and Aeronaut of Siberian of Branch Russian Academy: r=+0.7-+0.99)and others characteristics werther. The results of these examinations will use in prognoses, understandihg the medical sitution in Far Northen ethnic populations.
