Data of our studies testify that the frequently repetitive geomagnetic disturbances in the auroral zone, not protected by the magnetic field of the Earth from the cosmic radiation, are the basic reason for chronic stress in human in the North. The manifestation of chronic stress is the free-radical damage of cellular and subcellular membranes (oxidizing stress), disturbance of the enzyme function connected to it, and also the metabolism change with the accumulation of atherogenic lipids, internal toxic products, reduction of detoxification and other functions of liver and other barrier organs. Also the reduction of immune protection is involved. The endocrine disorders are manifested in the hyper- or hypo-secretion of corticosteroids, thyroid hormones, and insulin. Then the disorders of the cardio-respiratory system function appear. Psychoemotional strain completes the picture of Northern stress. The regenerative processes are sharply deteriorate during the periods of the geomagnetic storms. It is shown that the adaptation process to the Northern negative factors chronic action has biorhythmological slow-wave regularity. Thus the periods of relative stabilization and optimization of life-supporting processes in the extreme geo-ecological conditions are replaced approximately every three years with the periods of the destabilizations, which are characterized by the appearance of deadaptive disorders and timed to 1st, 4th, 6-7th, 10-11th, 16-17th years of the Northern stage (critical periods of adaptation). At the same time, each subsequent phase of destabilization is accompanied by the more significant exhaustion of the adaptive reserves and the increasing of deadaptive processes manifestation. The prolonged regulatorial systems stress and the increasing exhaustion of compensating-regenerative opportunities of an organism lead to the formation of pathologic states and the premature aging. The dependence of compensating-regenerative possibilities efficiency on the phenogenotypically formed types of adaptive reaction has discovered; it caused by the special feature of the cerebral hemispheres individual functioning, imprinting to heliogeophysical and climatic factors stability; speed and power of extreme factor reaction and the subsequent reserves restoration. It is revealed; that the formation of deadaptive pathologic frustrations cascade could occurs as a result of breaking the vital rhythms of daily activity (for example: transition to "summer/winter" time).
