Allergy and digestion tract diseases have many points in common. Digestion tract organs can be regarded as “shocked ones” for true allergy reaction development, their pathological state can modify the conditions of true allergy processes of any location and to become background pathology for pseudoallergy development.

Aim: to analyze allergy morbidity relatively to digestion tract pathology in Evenkia inhabitants.

Materials and Methods. We examined alien (n=3522) and native (n=1248) Evenkia inhabitants in ages from 15 to 70. We used clinical, biochemical, allergological, immunological and instrumental methods of the research.

Results. Digestion tract pathology was found in common group of allergy patients 2.4 times more often than in subjects without allergy: right hypochondrium syndrome 2.6 times more often, dyskinesia of hypermotoric type in biliferous tract 1.3 times more often, dyskensia of hypomotoric type in biliferous tract 2.1 tymes, chronic cholecystitis 4.6 times, cholelithic diseases 3.4 times, chronic hepatitis 1.6 times, hepatomegalia 5.6 times, stomach and duodenum ulcer 7.8 times. We marked true interconnection between allergy, undirected by non-specific mechanisms (pseudoallergy and mixed allergy) with some pathology of hepatobilliary system. We didn’t find any interconnection between dyskinesia of hypermotoric type in biliferous tract and some separate pathogenic forms of allergy. The combination of allergy, undirected by non-specific mechanisms and dyskensia of hypomotoric type in biliferous tract testifies on the pathogenic interconnection between these signs not only in the Europoids (characterized by the prevailing of dyskinesia of hypomotoric type) but in the Mongoloids (the Evenks) as well (characterized by dyskinesia of hypermotoric type). Cholelithic disease and stomach and duodenum ulcer disease were not registered in the Evenks, true allergy patients and were rarely marked in subjects (both alien and native) without allergy.

So, we carried out the research of Evenkia population to reveal allergy, connected with digestion tract pathology. We found out the peculiarities of this combination. The obtained results confirmed the facts, which we revealed earlier, i.e. the main disease with any pseudoallergy signs is hepatobilliary system pathology. Partly true allergy diseases are accompanied by hepatobilliary system pathology, which can modify allergy conditions, when non-specific mechanisms are marked together with specific ones.
