The hygienic estimation of working conditions in leading industries of Far North and Eastern Siberia has showed, that adverse factors of labor process and the industrial environment can be counted stressogenic. Occupational hazards, according to the theory of an estimation and management of risk, a priori causes "extreme" and "high" occupational risks (OR) in miners of Far North, "average" è "high" - in workers in petrochemical manufacture and fitter-assemblers of the aircraft enterprise.

Taking into consideration the registered parameters of and sick rate with temporary disablement (SRTD) and occupational diseases (OD) a posteriori estimate the health risk is ultrahigh in miners. OR in aircraft workers jeopardize vibration is average and in petrochemists is minimal one. It is necessary to note that parameters SRTD and OD are not always reliable criteria for PR evaluation. Deformation of official OD statistics and SRTD caused using of an estimation of risks of the major pathology syndromes (ERMPS) in anonymous interrogation.

Results ERMPS as OR criteria and elaboration of value scale have allowed use it for studying influence of factors of the industrial environment and behavioral and social character.

On the most informative in ERMPS psychological and psychosocial factors and their gradation normalized intensive parameters (NIP) have been designed. The integrated estimations of the health risk are received on their basis. The contingent surveyed has been divided into the groups corresponding favorable, demanding attention and adverse forecasts OR.

The OR level by hygienic criteria should increase if the certain levels psychophysiologial characteristics (the low stress stability level, a high level of personal and reactive anxiety) and psychosocial characteristics (a dissatisfaction with work, discrepancy of qualification complexity of labor, additional employment) is observed.

For making OR estimation more precise it is necessary to increase a posteriori OR by one gradation if NIP forecast is designated as demanding attention, and by two gradations if the forecast is adverse. So, the OR for workers - petrochemists was transformed in high from average in our research.
