Aim. To study genetic structure of Helicobacter Pylori (ÍÐ) in Khakasia inhabitants, ulcer disease patients.

Methods. We examined 80 khakass and 80 europoids. Among them 40 subjects in each population had duodenum ulcer disease (group A), and 40 in each group didn’t have (group B). The main diagnosis technique for ulcer disease was esophagofibergastroduodenoscopy. We determined ÍÐ in all the patients by morphological, serological and urease techniques. In 51 subjects the types and subtypes of vacA, Cag A, iceA, BabA in bioptat from antral section of a stomach were determined by PCR technique. In all the 160 patients we detemined Ig G Cag A HP in blood serum.

Results. The frequency of Helicobacter Pylori in ulcer disease patients and in healthy subjects didn’t vary much and fluctuated while using different techniques from 92% to 97%. In group  among the khakass Cag À was registered by PCR technique in bioptat in 50% subjects correspondingly in 100% subjects in group A (ð>0,1). Using serological technique we determined Cag À in 47,5% the khakass in Group A and in 25% patients in Group B (ð<0,05). S1 S2 Vac A subtype was registered in 85% europoids with ulcer disease and in only 40% subjects from control group (ð<0,05).

Conclusion. In natives from Khakasia ulcer disease is associated with Cag A strains and in aliens it is associated with HP Vac A strains.
