Ecology and adaptation (medical ecology)
Purpose: To conduct the combined examination of patients with digestive diseases (DD), living in the North, to reveal the pathophysiological regularities of pathology and to develop the effective approaches to its correction and prognosis.
Methods: According to the program of EURO regional office WHO/CINDI screening of people, working at the industrial enterprises in Mirny Republic SAKHA (Yakutia) was conducted. A total of 1014 persons (645 males –62% and 369 females – 37%) were examined. In standardized age groups in dependence on lifespan in the North (up to 5, 5-9, 10-29 and more 30 years) the indices of vegetative regulation, of hormonal-metabolic processes, neutrophile activity, changes of malonic dialdehyde, concentration in blood serum were studied.
Results: It is stated that at digestive diseases, the changes of vegetative regulation, adjusting-metabolic indices depend on sex, lifespan and region of living in the North. Phase dynamics of spectrum change of lipids, cortisol, insuline, markers lysosomal enzymes, malonic dialdehyde is revealed. The decreased indices of the oxygen-independent function of neutrophyles in patients, depending on sex and lifespan in the North is observed.
Conclusion: Thus, some disorders at the level of functional-adjusting hormonal-metabolic changes, metabolic cellular and intracellular reactions in patients with digestive diseases are detected. It allows to conduct the combined approach to the therapeutic strategy in newly come population in the North.
