Data of examination of 490 adolescents of both sexes, pupils of secondary schools of the town Gubkinsky of Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomic region constituting 53,8% out of all adolescents of the town have been studied. Peculiarities of addictological situation in Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomic region on the model of Gubkinsky region for resent years is characterized by steadily high level of prevalence of alcohol and drug dependency among population with timely trends characteristic for Russian Federation as a whole. From 1995 till 2000 drug addiction sick rate increased from 5,2 till 30,8 persons per 10 000 of the population respectively. In 2001 turning point occurred, sick rate gradually began to decrease and in 2004 has constituted 16 persons per 10 000 of the population. In Russian Federation this index in 2002 has constituted 19,0 per 100 000 of the population, in Uralsky FR – 26,2 per 100 000 of the population. (Koshkina E.A., 2004). Drug addiction in Gubkinsky of YaNAR, achieved the maximum in 2000 – 48,4 per 10 000 of the population, since 2001 has shown the trend towards decrease constituting in 2004 30,0 per 10 000 of the population what nevertheless was higher than data in Russian Federation in average (this index in Uralsky FR is one of the highest among the regions of RF – in 2002 it has constituted 329,1 per 100 000 of the population, higher is only in Siberian FR – 401,7). Thus, in Gubkinsky with population 25 000 persons from 1995 till 2004 257 persons diagnosed as drug addiction have been registered, removed - 192, 75 patients have been registered to the end of 2004, what in spite of trend toward decrease is essentially higher than the middle-Russian index (229,2 per 100 000 of the population). Visual index reflecting the addictological trouble in adolescent microenvironment is progressing increase of number of adolescents registered for alcohol and drug intoxication. Since 2000 the first cases of registration of adolescents are fixed with consequent increase in the general structure of registered from 1,6% till 6,2% in 2002. Beginning since 1999 proportion of adolescents is steadily increasing in the structure of patients with hepatitis Ñ (from 1,7% till 4,1% in 2002) what testifies to accelerating prevalence of latent intravenous use of drugs.
