In Norilsk industrial region the intense climat-ecological situation caused by sharply con-tinental climate with differences of temperatures +27о and-56о, connected with chemical pollu-tion of an atmosphere, waters and the grounds is kept, caused by emission of waste products of manufacture into an atmosphere and the water environment Norilsk mountain - metallurgical combine in which structure enters: диоксид sulfur, nickel, copper, cobalt, lead, oxides of chlo-rine, оксиды nitrogen and carbon, chlorine, phenol, hydrogen sulphide, acetone, бутанол, etc., with frequency rate of excess of maximum concentration limit sulfur dioxide - from 10 up to 17 times, nickel - from 8 up to 20 times, copper - from 8 up to 13,3 times, oxides nitrogen and hy-drogen sulphide in 2 times. Total emissions make from above 2 million tons one year.

Polar Branch of Open Society « Mountain - metallurgical company «Norilsk nickel» (GMK) is a powerful industrial complex of world(global) value after extraction, processing of соpper-nickel ores and reception of finished goods - nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, other rare and precious metals. Into structure of the company enter about hundred enterprises and estab-lishments. Largest of them are: Copper, Nickel, Nadezhdinskij, metallurgical. Mechanical, the cement works, two concentrating factories, seven mines, the coal cut (section), three thermal power stations. Harmful industrial factors at the enterprises of the Mountain - metallurgical company are determined by technological processes. The full technological chain of manufacture includes mining, concentrating and metallurgical manufactures, and also auxiliary services and the enterprises which are carrying out repair, transport, building and other kinds of works. The basic production factors in GMK, influencing on workers, are vibration, impurity of air of work-ing zones various chemical substances and connections, noise, an adverse microclimate.

The profpathological service in Norilsk exists since 1972, from 1998 works are carried out under the contract from GMK « Norilsk nickel ». The City polyclinic №1 renders out-patient - polyclinic medical aid by the form 03.27 - works and services on a speciality prof pathology on the basis of license №99-01-002129 given 14.07.2005г. In structure of the list of staff profes-sional services are managing branch, the prophpatologist-therapist, the pathologist-neurologist and the pathologist -otolaryngologist.

The given structure of the organization профпатологической the help allows to reveal in due time persons with suspicion of occupational disease, to establish the diagnosis and to lead(carry out) investigation of communication(connection) of disease with working conditions, to carry out(spend) preventive maintenance among groups of risk.

With the purpose of optimization of work it is necessary to create a computer database of the persons consisting on the account in профцентре with established occupational diseases and in group of risk. Except for it is necessary to develop the uniform concept of preventive mainte-nance of professional desease in Norilsk industrial region in view of conditions far North.
