TYUMEN STATE UNIVERSITY (Tyumen)

In the conditions of the industrial development of the North of the Tyumen Region the most vulnerable contingent by their health are the children of migrants who moved with their parents from other regions. With the aim of studying indicators of health – the level of physical activity and adaptive capacities of a child`s organism, lengthwise and diametrical researches have been carried out in 680 adolescents of 12 – 16 years of age, the representatives of a new population of the northerners. The anthropometrical method, calculation of the year growth of length (LB), the mass of the body (MB) and the diameter of the chest (DC) were used. The complex assessment of morpho-functional state of the organism was made. The functional state was assessed by the dynamics of the indices of the cardio-respiratory system in passive state and after physical pressure; the latter was represented by the functional probation (PWC170), modified for children. ABP and the following calculation of IP (influence potential) and Ave ABP (average arterial blood pressure) were measured; CCF (cardio-contractions frequency) was registered by the ECG (electro cardiogram). The physical capacity and maximal consummation of oxygen were calculated for registration of the degree of the parasympatical influences on the cardio-vascular system – vegetative index according to Kerdo. The individual profile of the intrahemispherical asymmetry were defined by sensorical and motorical preferences.

As a result of research it was stated that the girls who live in the North under 13 years of age lack behind the control (those who live in average latitudes) by the basic antropometric signs – LB, MB and DC. In the interval of 13-14 years after the second year growth coming, the adolescents showed no differences of the parameters under the research. In their 15 years the boys are larger than girls by their LB and MB, but they lack behind their DC what states gracilization and astenization in types of body. Assessment of the strength showed relevance of astenic and the most astenic types of the body in the 85% of the examined ones. The lengthwise examination showed the rate of growth in the northerners are decreased comparing with the control and the pubescent leap of growth is not evident. The quantity of the children with disharmonic development is increased, the occurrence of tachicardia is high. The systematic AP with decrease of aerobic production of the organism is also increased. The pubescence of the girls was detained for 1 – 1,5 year period what resulted in absence of cyclic menarche under the age of 14 – 15. the growth of CCF with age, prelevance of sympatokotony what states the pressure in the cardio-vascular system activity, high use and reduction of the functional capacities of the children`s organism who are in the critical stage of ontogenesis in the conditions of unfinished adaptive process to stern climatic and friendly to nature conditions of environment.

It is stated that the physical development and adaptive capacities of the adolescents with evident prelevance in the lateral phenotype of the signs of sinistrality or functional intrahemispherical symmetry are the most optimal.
