The North place in geo planetary world. Urbanization traditions and problems

The Tjumen state university passes prioritet in creation of regional encyclopedies for Yamalo-Nenetsky and Khanty-Mansisky autonomous districts. 4 volumes encyclopedias “Ugoria” (the draw 10000) and 3 volumes encyclopedias “Yamal” (the draw 5000) were published. There are the information about history, culture, population, nature, economia, education, public health, industry, laws and other sides vital activity of territories the encyclopedies. The volume of each book makes up from 380 to 460 pages. The rich help to assimilate different informations. The big part of encyclopedies text is devoted to individuals. The medical element of encyclopedies was created by universities, academical instituties’ scientiests of Tjumen, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Ekaterinburg. The are articles about man’s adaptation in the north conditions: nutrition, peculiarities of proceeding and treating for illnesses, the history of modern medicine development, the organization of prophylaxis and notice of civilisation parthology and endemies in this encyclopedies. The people medicine of Khanty and Mansi, customes and means sanitation by regional authors are described. The common number of authors of medical element exeed 100, nearly 50 articles were written by scientiests and doctors of north territories. The encyclopedies become organic link of culture districts and testitied about role of Western-Siberia scientists and spezialists in development of north territories.
