The North place in geo planetary world. Urbanization traditions and problems

The main of number inhabitants of region are representatives of the new man population. Most worked citizens are concentrated in towns. The circulation, respiratory systems, psychical-emotional state limit the success of adaptation. More than 5000 male and female age 23 - 55 years of Tjumen and large towns of Khanty-Mansisk district were examinated. The anamnesis dates (profession, duration life in north, chronic noninfectious diseases (CNJD) and other), parameters of peripheral and central hemodynamic, electro-and ultrasonic cardiograms, external respiratory function, levels asthenia and nevratization, concentration thyroid and gonad steroids were registered. The quality of life (QL) was evaluated by ST-36. The general demographic indexes – natality, mortality, morbidity – in north were better in compared with South. The inhabitants of north are characterized by optimal social-economic state, QL and nonspecific resistance. The respiratorial, myocardial energetical homeostasis provides the functional state of organism. Males and northerns had the arterial hypertension and decrease respiratory functions more often than citizens of Tjumen. Females had the nevrotization and asthenia more often had females. The psychical emotional strain and aggravation heart function connected with fluctuations of homodynamic and atmospheric indexes, anthropogenic failure of environment. The number of risk’s factors CNJD circulation and breathing there are more often in northerns but they are compensated by better social economic policy. The conception of social-economic development of north region demonstrate he positive results of medical biological science participation in process of forming man’s population and the continuation is demanded.
