On the review the classification of modern seismic technologies and methodics for building and soil state investigation is represented, areas of methodics application in modern building and restrictions are shown. New seismic methodics based on microseismic observation and extraction of weak signals of dwellings wind oscillation are discussed. The methodic possibility, resolution and occupancy are presented to investigate construction state on the examples of unique dwellings. It is shown that wind oscillations allow examining the soil media.
