In this work is offered main principles for checks the parameters of traffic at communication lines on telephone exchanges and Internet providers’ lines, as tools for the analytical analysis of optimum telecommunication lines quantity, and also for development the strategy of economic policy at the services of communication. The researching of mathematical decisions and realizations in software.
