The authors of this work are trying to solve the problems of remote education in the area of auditing competences of experts, by the example of vocational training software developers. As the tool for the decision of this problem are used telecommunication technologies by means of development Web-interface. The suggested Web-system allows to carry out adaptive delivery of tasks and to make their control with using control examples of the input and output data, and translation of texts of programs for localization and the analysis of mistakes at programmers training. The toolkit for realization of system is chosen JSP technologies with using MySQL database and under the control of Tomcat Web-server. The work carries out research problems of using similar systems, the general methods of designing and their realizations.
