Inclusion of elements of support of decision-making for problems of netwowrks designing

n work of modern systems of construction and planning of information networks by the important stage modelling working and extreme situations in a network, for example, refusals of the equipment or purposeful destroying influences is. Modelling of the project of a network and the analysis of the received model allow not only to draw the conclusion about an opportunity of realization of the project, but also to consider an opportunity of increase of structural reliability and survivability of elements of a network, to investigate quality of functioning of a network in conditions of purposeful influence on it, to estimate volumes of resources on restoration of serviceability of a network in case of destruction. Parameters for research of work of a network can be the status of devices, their productivity, number of packages, change of topology, etc. The more difficultly the topology and a configuration of a network, the more information is required for its adequate representation and the analysis. In this connection modelling of an information network should give the evident objects convenient for the decision of problems of monitoring. Representation of a network as the column allows to solve only a narrow circle of problems, therefore for more adequate representation it is accepted to use hypernet structures - abstract hypernet, hierarchical hypernet, etc. In the report the interactive system which includes the graphic editor (allowing evidently is described to present a network and its various levels), base of objects of a network and their characteristics, a package of algorithms (calculation of characteristics of a network, algorithms of attacks modelling, algorithms of calculation optimum attacks in view of parameters of primary and secondary networks).
