Distributed data identification

It is impossible to make every single organization to use a common local database record identification, because different organizations have different tasks and goals in front of them.
Identification selection problems in distributed environment are analyzed in this article.
Also a multi algorithm code date model is proposed, common and narrow cases of the model usage are analyzed.
