To a problem on the design solutions at development of Information Systems

Now most adequate represents mining of the architecture of a composite problem intelligence Information System (IS)on the basis of the concept of open systems by research composite economical system. It enables economically and technically effectively to aggregate in a unified heterogeneous system miscellaneous kinds of the equipment and software on the basis of applying the standardized interfaces between components of a system.

Traditionally at arguing a problem of selection of computer-aided design tools (CAD) the large attention is given to features of implementation of this or that methodology of the analysis of a data domain (E-R, IDEF0, IDEF1Х, Gane/Sarson, Yordon, Barker etc.). As main yardsticks of selection CAD the following yardsticks are used [1]: Support of full biotic cycle of a SI with maintenance of its development. Maintenance of integrity of the project and its control. Independence of a soft-hardware gantry and DBMS. The open architecture and capabilities of export / import a Simplicity of usage. Usage generally accepted standard notations and agreements.

In our case the final selection CAD is made pursuant to the requirements, which one actuate a substantial database and mining of the appendices, and consists of following steps: the installation and configuration of a DBMS Access XP; the installation of the driver MS Jet 4; the installation of a complex ERwin/ERX + PowerBuilder. Mining of the conceptual scheme of a database; mining of a logical circuit of a database for a selected DBMS; generation of the scheme of a database, i.e. transformation of the scheme of a database in the file DLL. Mining of the elementary appendix; mining of the user's screen interface; tracking in a database and the extension [2].

The following business processes are allocated: formalizing of knowledge about an economical system as differential and algebraic equations - structure of a mathematical model (MM) - simulation of MM on the computer; selection of the statistical data for definite time; process of parametric identification; process of an estimation of parametric sensitivity of a basic variable economical system; process of parametric regulation of quality of activity of an economical system. The business processes, isolated for research of an economical system [3], are shown in the format IDEF0. A function box in model IDEF0, which one in the context chart images a system as a unit, subjects to decomposition on other chart, then on following etc. at preservation of structural integrity of IDEF0-model.

At designing of a database there are miscellaneous levels of data models: info, data and, at last, physical analog of the data. There is a set of the approaches of construction info of data model: model of graphs, semantic networks, model “essence - communication” ("entity-relationship" ER - model) etc. In the present project is selected by the actual standard at info simulation of databases of ER-model. Besides the methods of automatic transformation of the project of a database from ER-model in relational are designed, thus the transformation run in model of data applicable to a selected DBMS.

The design stage of the software is to choose the language and programming environment; construction of charts - classes on the language UML. The language UML is oriented for applying as the language of simulation for the solution of the broad class of problems of object-oriented analysis and designing (ООAD). The relevant factor in development and universal usage of a methodology ООАD is the clearness and accessibility of basic designs of the selected language of simulation UML.

In the concluding it is necessary to mark, that the modern CAD make purely means of designing of a database, realizing this or that methodology, as a rule, "essence - communication" (ER - model) and considered in a complex with development tools of the appendices. The tools of this category are much easier, though also have a broad orbit of applying and high flexibility, for this reason they are selected from the given project.

Second, as a rule, IDEF0-models bear in themselves the composite concentrated information, therefore to limit their congestion and to make convenient, in the applicable standard the limitations of complexity are used, it is necessary to allow for which one at designing of IS. And it is necessary to conduct last, transformation of business - model in objects of a database and the appendices after formalizing business - model, mining of logical model isolated of business processes, using a method of the solution - development ER – CASE - of the charts.
