Programmirung
The possibilities of realization of a quantum computer based on the atomic and molecular logical elements are considered. We propose the schemes of realization of primary logical elements of a quantum processor and those of the optical input and electro-optical output of information with the help of resonance atoms and molecules, which are absorbed on a semiconductor surface with special energy and zone structures. An estimate of fast action of these logical elements is given. We show a variant of an output system based on a heterostructure of resonance atoms on a metallic surface.
