The films of a viscous liquid are widely used in various technological devices, in particular, for cooling a surface of elements of the microelectronic equipment. It is known, that arising on a surface of a film thermocapillary pressure render essential influence on dynamics of a liquid flow and heat transfer. In the given work the film flow of a viscous liquid on adiabatic substrate with a heater of the rectangular form is investigated. The liquid moves under action of gravitation and a gas stream. On a liquid-gas surface the coefficient of heat exchange is set; on a surface of a heater the heat flux is set. The temperature field in a liquid and deformation of a surface of a film under action thermocapillary effect is studied. For distribution of temperature in a liquid the analytical solution in the form of converging series is received. At small values of number Marangoni the analytical solution for deformation of a surface of a film also is received.
